My grand mother(amma, aayi’s mother) used to prepare this bhaji. She was a great cook. I think she is the one from whom my aayi learnt a lot of recipes. She was a gem, very innocent and a lovely lady. She used to prepare a lot of mouth-watering dishes.
We love you amma, wherever you are, we all miss you. May your soul rest in peace.
